Where does refurbished storage and networking equipment come from?

We procure used and surplus IT hardware from all kinds of organizations that have upgraded their systems as well as from maintenance companies and lots from MFG's surplus. We do not buy damaged or recycled equipment. All storage and networking hardware sold by Boost Hardware is guaranteed to be 100% authentic OEM products and original Manufacturers.
Does Boost Hardware sell New IT Hardware equipment?

Yes, we do have partnerships and direct bulk purchasing power of brand new storage and networking equipment direct from Manufacturers and other organizations. All new IT Hardware equipment come with full MFG warranties.

What does your refurbishing process entail?

Before any IT hardware equipment is accepted for sale as Certified Refurbished Hardware at Boost Hardware, it is thoroughly tested to ensure it will meet our official authentic standards. We test, and reset every piece of IT Hardware to its original factory settings and wipe clean. Each component is tested numerous times throughout the refurbishment process, ensuring long-term performance and reliability along with our guaranteed 1 year warranty.
What is the difference between your refurbished products and other used products I see online?

Not all used equipment qualifies as "refurbished" IT hardware. Some IT hardware resellers online will tell you that “used” gear is the same thing as “refurbished” gear, but this is rarely the situation. Many resellers sell both “used” and “refurbished” equipment that has never been wiped, cleaned, refurbished or even tested in any way.
Boost Hardware guarantees the quality of our equipment and will never sell anything that hasn’t been fully tested and returned to its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory settings. All of our Certified Refurbished Hardware is tested and cross referenced to ensure that the model and serial number match, and are verified for authenticity and gone through a rigorous quality control process.
Boost Hardware will also appoint a specific IT Hardware Specialist to your order and help with any questions you may have!

How do I return a product?

At Boost Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in unused condition and include all original packaging and documentation. Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for eligible returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Return Process
- Contact us at 888-352-2298 or [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Package the item securely and attach the provided label.
- After the return is received and processed, we will issue your refund.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for all approved returns.
Exceptions & Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee may apply for custom orders or returns initiated beyond the standard 30-day window.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

How do I pay for an order?

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Never! Boost Hardware will never charge Credit Card fees or hidden fees when placing an order.
Do you offer Net 30 credit Terms?

Order Status
How do I check the current status of my order(s)?

Easy! Simply log into your Boost Hardware account and click "order status" and your tracking info or order updates will appear or chat with us online or give us a ring, we are here and always happy to help.
When or how can I cancel my order?

You can always request to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, normally 24 hours. However, if it is past the cancelation window, just give us a call and we will see what we can do for you and get your order stopped immediately if possible.
