Condition
Boost Hardware guarantees the quality of our equipment and will never sell anything that hasn’t been fully tested and returned to its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) factory settings. All of our Certified Refurbished Hardware is tested and cross referenced to ensure that the model and serial number match, and are verified for authenticity and gone through a rigorous quality control process.
Boost Hardware will also appoint a specific IT Hardware Specialist to your order and help with any questions you may have!
Warranty & Returns
At Boost Hardware, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in unused condition and include all original packaging and documentation. Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for eligible returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Return Process
- Contact us at 888-352-2298 or [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Package the item securely and attach the provided label.
- After the return is received and processed, we will issue your refund.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for all approved returns.
Exceptions & Restocking Fees
- A restocking fee may apply for custom orders or returns initiated beyond the standard 30-day window.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
